God has orchestrated a very special relationship with Pastor Mike Smith at Vista Community Church in Columbus, Ohio. Pastor Mike met Pastor Dan on an exploratory trip to West Kenya (Webuye/Bungoma) in 2006. Over the years, and as the relationship developed, it was clear that God was asking Vista to come along side Pastor Dan’s efforts to develop leaders and plant new churches.
